近年來,金吉利由台灣傳統產製逐漸轉型。2017年,全新的品牌LICHUANG誕生,不僅象徵立足台灣,更是強調跨足海外。未來,金吉利將繼續堅守著品質,持續創新,追求卓越。

Story

CEO of KINCHILI said: ”A brand is the symbol of corporate image. Our product quality shows how we put our corporate image into practice.”Based on quality strengthening, KINCHILI emphasized “to surpass perfection and to proceed with excellence.” And we kept thoughts of consideration hoping to pour humanity into cold-blooded machines and make it more easily operated and user-friendly. 

KINCHILI is a traditional brand which insists on producing in local. Also KINCHILI considers itself as a gear, just like the symbolization of the logo, only takes the first move, then we can move to the whole world.

In recent years, KINCHILI has gradually transformed from a traditional manufacturer to globalization. In 2017, the new brand “LICHUANG “was born that symbolizes not only having a foothold in Taiwan, but also overseas expansion. 

In the future, KINCHILI will have been insisting on quality, continuing innovation and pursuing distinction.

行銷

近年來,金吉利由台灣傳統自創品牌逐漸轉型。 2017年,全新的品牌LICHUANG (立創)誕生,表示不僅要立足台灣,更要創造世界舞台,將MADE IN TAIWAN推廣全球。金吉利品牌標誌為一顆齒輪地球,對自身而言,如同一顆轉動的齒輪,繞著地球而轉; 對客戶而言,金吉利提供的高品質產品,如同一顆齒輪,幫助客戶產線運轉更加順利。

以不斷強化品質為依歸,以綠色環保為訴求。清洗機採毛刷清洗、風刀方式吹乾,特殊的自動升降設計,增加使用方便性,並採用水流量循環式清洗設計,節省水資源,產品內部添加吸音設計,降低機台產生的噪音以符合環境友善原則。

金吉利(立創)期許跟上國際產業脈動,積極參與國內外各項展覽,並於同業工會中刊登廣告資訊,與同業之間互相交流。在多次的國際展覽後,陸續開啟外銷的大門,並得到海外客戶對產品的認同,積極與本公司合作成為代理商,將本公司的產品推廣至他國內其他需求客戶。

因應國情不同,本公司與不同國家的代理商進行充分的調查與資料蒐集,評估各目標市場的需求與競爭。秉持使用方便性原則,製作完善的操作手冊予海外客戶,與客戶保持聯繫解除安裝上疑慮,達到最大顧客滿意度。

近年,本公司加強官網的設計與更新,客戶可在官網上更加了解公司產品與資訊。此外,本公司已建置健全的售後服務與顧客訴怨處理流程,由客服人員為顧客安排最迅速的維修、解除疑慮,並定期關心顧客產品使用情形。此外,定期蒐集與整理潛在客戶的資訊進行分析評估,積極聯繫與邀請客戶至展場參觀實際產品。

本公司廣告費預算依營業收入編列一定比例進行,並以參展為主要方式。今年將再次參與兩年一度的GLASSTEC國際展覽,在此國際舞台上,向各國的既有客戶與潛在客戶介紹特殊設計的升降式研磨清洗乾燥機,以實際機台呈現,讓顧客能見證清洗機的高性能拋光與高度清洗效果。

Marketing

In recent years, KINCHILI has gradually transformed from Taiwan’s traditional owned brand to globalization. The new brand LICHUANG was born in 2017. It means not only insisting the local manufacture in Taiwan but also to create a world stage to promote “MADE IN TAIWAN” worldwide. The KINCHILI logo is a gear mixed with earth. For itself, it is like a rotating gear that turns around the earth. For customers, KINCHILI’s high-quality products are just like a gear helping customers to produce more smoothly.

We take upgrading our product quality continuously as our primary purpose. And we also make an effort to protect and preserve the environment.The washing machines feature brush cleaning, air knife drying, and special automatic lifting design to increase the convenience of use. And water recycling system saves water resources. Inside the product we use the sound absorbing materials to reduce the noise, being the environment and user-friendly.

KINCHILI (LICHUANG) expects to keep up with international industry. We always proactively take participation in various exhibitions at home and abroad. We also promote our product in the trade association journal, to communicate with the same trade.

After we participated in various international exhibitions, we extended our business abroad. We not only received approvals from overseas customers. They also actively cooperate with us to become our agents and sell our product abroad.

Respond to different national conditions, we make sufficient market survey and data collection with our agents which in different countries. Then we assess demand and competition within each target market. We uphold the principle of user convenience and provide perfect operating manuals to overseas customers. We keep in touch with customers to remove their doubts on installation and maximize customer satisfaction.In recent years, we had improved the design and update of our official website. Customers can learn more about our company and products on the website. In addition, we have a customer service and complaint handling system. Our customer service team arranges the immediate troubleshooting and maintenance. We also regularly contact customers to follow their product usage situation. We collect the information from potential customers for analysis and evaluation regularly.We budget for the marketing expenses every year, which is based on a certain percentage of our income. And the marketing budget is mainly used for joining the exhibitions. We attend the GLASSTEC international exhibition regularly. On this international stage, we introduce our special design of the lifting type grinding and washing machine. By showing the actual machine, customers can see its high-performance polishing and cleaning effect in person. So we actively contact and invite customers to visit us at the exhibition to take a look at our products.

品質

本公司之升降式研磨玻璃清洗乾燥機具有高性能的拋光與高度清潔效果,獲得國內外客戶的讚賞與持續支持。本產品顛覆傳統金屬色的外型,優美的烤漆色彩營造出高質感。功能上,創新的研磨加工處理,完美清除玻璃表面看不見的油污與其他玻璃表面的缺點。相較於同類型產品,本公司相當著重顧客的使用便利性,客製化設計研發與機台自動升降,客戶在使用、保養、維修與調整上更加輕鬆省力。產品設計過程中,分析原有的圖面與樣品,與客人需求混合設計構想,評估技術可行性,成本初估、研發時間、功能性與協力廠商的配合,並依據實際情形隨時調整改善。產品製造過程中,依照採購流程,評估需求原材料,擇定適合之協力廠商,注重安全規則與電控規範,並定期評鑑考核協力廠商與產品零件的抽查,將之列入目標控管。

本公司品質管理系統包含研發設計管理、製程管理、績效評估與零組件品質管理。因應外銷市場的展開,本公司於民國100年取得CE認證,該標誌代表產品製造商確認產品符合相應的歐盟指令、且已完成相應的評估程序,並遵守各國之電控與安全規範。

每一次的客製化產品,自研發設計至製造檢驗,皆遵循品質管理流程,唯有如此,才能穩定品質,並重視顧客使用情形與售後服務,以達到顧客滿意最大化。

Quality

Our product, the lifting type glass grinding & washing machine, featuring a high-performance polishing and cleaning effect, has won the praise and continuous support from customers. 

Our product overturns the traditional metal color appearance. The beautiful paint color creates an elegant texture. Functionally, the innovative glass grinding process perfectly removes the stains, marks, and the invisible grease on the glass surface.

Comparing with the products of other companies, we concern the convenience of user much more. So we customize each machine and design the automatic lifting function. We make the machine operation, maintenance, repair, and adjustment more easily and user-friendly.

In product design, first, we analyze the customer requirement and combine the new idea with our original drawings and models. Next, we evaluate the technical feasibility, the costs, developing and production time, functions, and cooperation with suppliers. And according to the actual situation, adjust and improve the design anytime.In the production process, we have a standard procurement process. First, we evaluate the requirements of raw materials. Then, we select the appropriate component suppliers or manufacturers to cooperate with. Our production quality control and management include regularly assessing our suppliers and inspecting their product quality. We always pay attention to follow the safety rules and electrical control specifications. Our company's quality management system includes management of research, development, design, and production process. Also, performance evaluation and components quality management is included.To expand the business in the overseas market, we successfully achieved CE certification in 2011. The CE Marking means the product manufacturer confirming that the product complies with the relevant EU directives and has completed the corresponding assessment procedures. Also, our machine complies with the regulatory and safety specifications of the countries.

From design, manufacture, to inspection, all of our products follow the quality control and management process. Only in this way we can stabilize the quality. We attach great importance to track the machine usage of customers and provide after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction.
