該設備適用於鍍膜前玻璃之清洗，該設備性能優越耐用、清洗效果極佳、操作簡便。6道盤刷，可搭配氧化鈰藥劑。清洗機採二段式四道8支毛刷清洗，採用風刀方式吹乾，水槽兩桶獨立分開，上下座獨立分開，上座可升高250mm，自動升降人工不費力，保養、維修、調整更為方便，減少洗刷輪磨損，延長洗刷輪的壽命，清洗Low-E玻璃不怕表面刮傷,。可自動調整玻璃厚度（液晶顯示）上座同步升起，輸送方式採用渦桿傳動，該設備接觸到水部分均採不銹鋼材質，水流量循環式清洗設計，節省水資源。

This machine is suitable for pretreatment before coating or mirror producing process. It’s easy to be operated and has high performance, quality and durability. It has six rows of the disc brushes, cerium oxide can be applied to wash glass, and it can grind down your glass surface and make the surface much smoother. It features four pairs of rotary brush to wash, which is divided into two parts, and two individual water tanks. KCDV-700-B also comes with the air knives for drying glass. The upper section and lower section are independent and can be operated separately. According to the thickness of glass, the upper section can be adjusted to lift up to 250mm. The effortless motorized lifting ensures more convenient for maintenance, repair, and adjustment. This design prevents the brushes from wear and tear and prolongs the service life of brushes. It also can perfectly clean Low-E coated glass without scratching on the surface. The conveying method adopts worm-gear driven system. The machine parts, where contacts water, are made of stainless steel material. The water recycling design will reduce water consumption. According to your requirements, the specifications can be customized.
