該設備適用於光學玻璃、平板玻璃、壓克力板、凹凸後照鏡、電鍍前之清洗，該設備性能優越耐用、清洗效果佳、操作簡便。清洗機採三段式6道12支毛刷清洗，二道4支海綿輪，上部橡膠滾輪配有彈簧裝置可自由承受玻璃厚度的變化做調整，方便清洗，具備電熱烘乾箱，輸送方式採用渦桿傳動，該設備接觸到水部分均採不銹鋼材質，水流量採循環式清洗設計，節省水資源。

This user-friendly equipment cleans optical glass, flat glass, acrylic sheet, side view mirror, as well as clean glass before coating. The machine is easy to be operated and has highly performance, quality, and durability.

It features six pairs of the rotary brush, which divided into three parts, and two pairs of water-absorbing sponge roller. The top rubber rollers are equipped with a spring device in order to wash different thickness of glasses freely and easily. KCV-450-C also comes with an electric heater for drying the glass. The conveying method adopts the worm-gear driven system. Stainless steel parts are used in where the parts contact with water to prevent rust. This equipment also features a water-recycling system to reduce water consumption.
